I really hate double stander!!!
You said other people are not in the main stream, but do you know it’s the main stream besides your world?
You said they are too persisting in smoking, but why are you so persisting that smoking will lower the efficiency?
You said those people who are smoking during the discussion are not respect others, but do you know that’s our choice to be there?
You said don’t be emotional, but why you can’t control yourself on the meeting?
You said right person in the right position will come out the right result, but if this person is the right one for the position but not right for you?
You said we should be like a family, but why you try to separate people away from those people you don’t like?
In a real family, every member has it’s own thoughts, characteristics,
You said enlarge personal views to achieve greater achievements, but why are you just focus on those irrelevant details?
You said don’t hold a meeting just for meeting, but when there is non of them, you always ask for another for the vacancy, even it hasn’t be prepared.
You said I should enroll the important part of management, but you ask me to glue on my seat and serve drinks or other service anytime you need it.
